Indian Summer Homeowners Association is a 501(c) nonprofit organization made up of a dedicated group of homeowners whose mission is to keep our thriving neighborhood as safe, vibrant and well-manicured as possible for all homeowners who live and work in our beautiful Indian Summer Golf Course community.
he Board meets the 3rd Monday* of each month in the Clubhouse
April-October: 5:30 p.m.
November-March: 2:00 p.m.
* If Monday is a legal holiday, the Board Meeting will occur on Tuesday, instead
This committee reviews initial construction as well as requests for modifications to the exterior of homes, landscaping and lots. All such modifications must be approved IN ADVANCE by this Board. The committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1PM.
Social events for residents are organized and conducted by this
group. Currently there is a yearly catered ourdoor Summer Picnic usually held in August as well as a December Holiday Party. Those events are free for residents.
A significant amount of the HOA budget is allocated to the
Maintenance Committee who is responsible for maintaining the streets, sidewalks, storm water basins, retention ponds and all common area landscaped surfaces. This group coordinates with the Board when interviewing, selecting, and managing the work done by professional landscaping companies and other installation experts.
